Violence in African countries has been recorded several times in the continent and it seems it is nowhere near its ending.
16 people have lost their lives and many others were injured after a clash over cattle.
Inside South Sudan's northern Warrap region, several civilians have died while others recorded injured due to the fight over cattle.
The incident which happened from Sunday until Tuesday was between the Jalwau and Luanyjang clans of the Dinka Community in Tonj East area.
According to the Governor of Warrap, Bona Panek Biar, cattle from Luanyjang was raided by some criminals from the Jalwau clan and as retaliation from the Luanyjang, they also raided the cattle of Jalwau.
This resulted in a deadly fight between the two clans leaving 16 clansmen dead and 47 others injured.
He also revealed that hadn't been the intervention of the government troops, the conflict would still be ongoing.
The two are now in dialogue with the aim of settling the differences between them.
