Kenyans in Nakuru were horrified to learn that a heartbroken widow had kept her husband's body inside her house for a week.
Residents in Molo, Nakuru County, were suspicious when the guy vanished for an extended length of time without any leads, and it is said that the unnamed woman is mentally ill.
Chief of the area, Evans Oketch acknowledged the occurrence and urged the people to practice good neighbourliness. He stated:
"We should always be aware of where each other is and support one another when we need it."
Officers called from Molo Police Station discovered his body and carried it to the mortuary. Since then, police have started an investigation.
The residents are still awaiting an autopsy to determine the man's cause of death.
