Baba Spirit, a Ghanaian comedian who sadly passed away in September, was laid to rest today, Saturday, November 19, 2022.
Baba Spirit's funeral was held in Accra at Tesano National Police Training School.
The comedian's function was gloomy, and several colleagues were present.
Inconsolable sobs were heard from family and friends throughout the funeral.
Big Akwes and Bediide, colleagues, later assisted in transporting his lifeless remains to the cemetery for burial.
Celebrities like Dr Likee, Kofi Kinaata, Donzy Chaka and others were also seen at the funeral grounds.
While being admitted to Kotoku Hospital on Thursday, September 8th, 2022, Baba Spirit passed away.
Spirit had struggled with a significant health issue for almost a year before he passed away.
He alleged that colleagues in the industry had spiritually attacked him.
"I will tell all those who planned on killing me to go to a higher level because it didn’t work. We will all die someday…this is why I was away for over a year. I died and was resurrected. They killed Baba Spirit," he said.
It is true that people in the industry plan evil against each other. When they see that things are going correct with you in terms of your job then they launch an attack on you. They will plan to kill you. If you carefully study things, celebrities who died had someone behind their sudden deaths, he added.
