Nigeria: Soldier Arrested For Stealing Ammunitions With The Intention Of Selling Them To Boko Haram

Emmanuel Iorliam, a serving Nigerian Army officer, was detained for running a gun from Mainok in Borno state's 156 Task Force Battalion.

Iorliam, a native of the state of Benue, is accused of stealing weapons and ammunition from his camp and selling them to bandits, Boko Haram militants, and kidnappers.

While transporting the ammo stockpile out of Borno State to provide to his clients, he met his Downfall.

At a checkpoint, he was stopped by his teammates, who searched him and discovered that he was in possession of the stolen ammo.

His coworkers caught him with the stolen goods as seen in a video that was posted online.
