Shatta Wale And Medikal's Case Adjourn To 25th January As Police Haunt For Another Suspect

Shatta Wale and Medikal

The Accra Circuit Court 4 has adjourned the cases of Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale and Hiplife musician Medikal as well as three other accomplices to 25th January 2022.

The adjournment of the case is a result of the court's decision to chase one additional person involved in the case.

Lawyers of the accused persons prayed to the court presided by Mr Emmanuel Essandoh to extend the next adjourned date on the basis that their clients have been billed for a number of events this Christmas and also need some time to spend with their families.

Judge Emmanuel Essando after listening to the plea of both parties adjourned the case to 25th January 2022.

Shatta Wale is on self recognisance bail in the sum of GH¢ 100,000.

Shatta Wale who is known in real life as Charles Nii Armah Mensah was arrested on 19th October 2021 for allegedly fabricating a story about him getting shot and receiving treatment in the hospital as the prophecy of one Prophet Jesus Ahuofe predicted.

Medikal who is also known in real life as Samuel Adu Frimpong was arrested for unlawfully brandishing a gun on social media.
