Bernard Allotey Jacobs |
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Former Regional Chairman for Central Region, Bernard Allotey Jacobs has said that the minority is fighting for themselves and their party rather than for the Ghanaian people.
Talking about the E-levy on Peace FM, he revealed that the minority did all that they did to deceive Ghanaians into thinking they are fighting for their interest but it is the other way around.
According to him, what actually happened during the final vote of the E-levy shows that the minority is just thirsty for power and they will do everything for the people to tow their line.
I tell you don't believe the politician. Anything the politician will do to convince the masses to tow their line, so they march forward for them to come into power, they will do it. The minority is thirsty for power, he reveals.
Allotey Jacobs went further and described our Members of Parliament's (MP) behaviour as that of kindergarten kids when he was talking about the recent scuffle in the Parliament.
He, therefore, blamed the misconduct of the MP's in the Parliament on the Minority.
