Ghanaian popular musician Michael Elliot Kwabena Okyere Darko also known in the music industry as Obrafour has revealed that he lost the trust he had in God after his biological mother died.

Speaking on Accra-based Asaase radio Obrafour said he did not understand why God will take away his mother who was dear to him.

According to him after his mother's demise, he left home.

The 'Pae Mu Ka' hitmaker also revealed that leaving home was a tough time for him but that was when he developed the love for music, therefore, worked hard towards it to ensure he excel in his newly found path.

I only resorted to music and fell in love with it after I lost my mom; one finds the destiny on the path they choose to avoid, he said.

Talking about what he wanted to become while growing up, the musician said he wanted to become a lawyer just like his grandfather.

His vision of becoming a lawyer did not come to pass because he found and fell in love with music.

I never thought that music would become something I would do and become known for; I wanted to become a lawyer like my grandfather, he revealed.
