Avram Ben Moshe is the founder and leader of the Common Sense Family (CSF). He became famous after his attacks on the Christian religion and the content of the Holy Bible. His controversies are mostly centred on religion, politics and sometimes entertainment.
9. Kwadwo Sheldon.
Kwadwo Sheldon is a popular Ghanaian blogger and a YouTuber. He is the host of House of Content Ghana on YouTube. His controversial statements about Ghanaian celebrities recently created a feud between Shatta Wale and himself.
8. Counselor George Lutterodt.
Counselor George Lutterodt is a radio and television relationship and marriage counsellor. His controversies have led to some ill replies from other celebrities including Afia Schwarzenegger. In 2017 he made some controversial and disrespectful comments about the Asante people which attracted so many backlashes from Ghanaians.
7. Countryman Songo.
Countryman Songo is biologically called Patrick Osei Agyemang. He is a radio and a television presenter. He is the host of Adom Tv and Asempa FM’s 'Fire for Fire' show. He is arguably the most controversial sports presenter in Ghana. His controversial comments have hit many Ghanaian sportsmen including former Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan.
6. Reverend Ebenezer Adarkwah Yiadom.
Rev. Ebenezer Adarkwah Yiadom is popularly known as Prophet 1 or Opambour. He is the founder and general overseer of Ebenezer Miracle Worship Centre in Kumasi. Most of his controversial comments are uttered during his sermons on television. He has engaged in feuds with many popular Ghanaians including Bishop Daniel Obinim and fetish priest Nana Kwaku Bonsam.
5. Afia Schwarzenegger.
Afia Schwarzenegger is biologically called Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa. She is a CEO, a comic actress and a media personality. She is arguably the most controversial female celebrity in Ghana right now. The grudges between other Ghanaian celebrities and herself resulting from her controversial comments are countless. One of her popular grudges Ghanaians will always remember is the one with the Assin Central Member of Parliament (MP) Honourable Kenedy Agyapong.

4. Shatta Wale.
Shatta Wale is biologically called Charles Nii Armah Mensah. He is a Ghanaian dancehall musician, the CEO of Shaxi (taxi service in Ghana) and the president of Shatta Movement. The self-acclaimed Dancehall king is perceived to be the most controversial Ghanaian Musician. He has engaged in several beefs with other musicians including rapper Sarkodie and fellow dancehall artiste Stonebwoy. In 2017, Shatta Wale extended his beef across the borders of Ghana by engaging with Nigerian superstar Wizkid.
3. Kwame A Plus.
Kwame A Plus is an entrepreneur, a musician and a social media activist. He is one of the few Ghanaians who are able to criticize and question those in politics without fear and with minimal insults. Initially, most of the criticisms from the musician were directed towards the NDC but after the NPP ditched him upon coming into power he has concentrated his criticisms and controversial comments towards them. The controversial life of the musician who is biologically called Kwame Asare Obeng started in 2000 after he released his album titled freedom of speech.
2. Honourable Kennedy Agyapong.
Honourable Kennedy Agyapong is a businessman and a Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central in the Central Region of Ghana. He is the CEO of Kumasi based Ash FM and Net 2 Television. Most of his controversial statements are monitored on 'The Seat' show on Net 2 Television where he is the main panellist. The 61 years old MP revealed the identity of an integral member of the Tiger Eye Pie investigative group which he was later shot to death by unknown assailants.
1. Twene Jonas.
Twene Jonas is a young Ghanaian vlogger who is currently living in the United States of America. He is the owner and manager of Twene Jonas TV and Royal Jonas Films on YouTube as well as Twene Jonas on other social media. Twene Jonas is mostly referred to as the Youth’s President by his followers. He became popular as a result of making live videos on Facebook and YouTube. In his videos, the controversial Jonas is mostly seen verbally assaulting those he believes are the reason why Ghana is still not developed. Most of his attacks are directed towards politicians, traditional leaders and sometimes Ghanaian journalists. Early this year, Twene Jonas made some statements in one of his videos which was regarded by many as an insult to the King of the Asante Kingdom Otumfuo Osei Tutu II but he later came out and clarify that he was not insulting the King and what he said was not even an insult. The controversial statements from Twene Jonas have led to a lot of fights between himself and many Ghanaians particularly Afia Schwarzenegger.
There are obviously other controversial Ghanaian celebrities that didn't make it to the top 10. There are also others who are recently doing a lot that may one day bring them into the top 10 list.
