#FixTheCountryNow is a hashtag that has been trending in Ghana on one of the world's giant social media platforms for the past week.
This hashtag started after some Twitter users raised concerns about how the country is retrogressing instead of progressing.
This has resulted in a lot of controversies which even gave birth to counter hashtags like #FixYourYourself, #FixYourAttitude and #NanaIsFixingIt.
Many followers of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) believes this controversial hashtag is orchestrated by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and Ex. President John Mahama.
Many Ghanaians on the other hand didn't like Mahama's name being dragged into this.
This has resulted in people addressing the NPP and others who think Former President John Dramani Mahama is behind what is going on not to involve his name because he and his party have no hands in it.
