Former President John Dramani Mahama has finally taken the COVID-19 vaccine.
Earlier today, Tuesday 2nd March 2021, the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress in the recent general election has received his shot of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 Vaccine.
Mahama after partaking in the exercise has urged all Ghanaians to partake in the just started COVID-19 vaccination exercise to help combat the disease.
The former President took the vaccine at the Police Hospital and advised Ghanaians and the whole of Africa to disregard the growing conspiracy theories about the vaccine on social media because we have been on vaccination since childhood.
Meanwhile, inside Kumasi in the Ashanti Region, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the king of the Asante Kingdom and his lovely wife have also taken vaccine to influence the people of Ashanti Region to do away with fear and go for the exercise.
President Akuffo Addo and his wife as well as Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia and his wife also took part in the vaccination exercise yesterday.
