In just one month, Rev. Victor Kusi-Boateng, a highly renowned Charismatic Man of God, has become a primary suspect in an ongoing double identity scandal that has nearly wrecked his image.
The Pastor, who has ties to the highest levels of government and the security services, has been accused of having two identities by Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Member of Parliament for North Tongu.
Mr Ablakwa said Rev. Kusi Boateng also uses Kwabena Adu Gyamfi for formal state activities, such as obtaining Tax Identification Numbers.
Mr Ablakwa stated that GH2.6 million was paid under dubious circumstances to a corporation operated by Rev. Kusi Boateng under the name Kwabena Adu Gyamfi.
The congressman disclosed that JNS Talent Centre Ltd, which purportedly runs a crèche in Dawhenya, was given GH2.6 million to assist in the construction of the church.
On Monday, January 16, the congressman claimed that JNS Talent is controlled by Kwabena Adu Gyamfi, who is the same as Rev. Victor Kusi-Boateng.
According to him, records in his hands show that Mr Kwabena Adu Gyamfi is the same as Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng, who is still an Executive Council Member/Director on the National Cathedral Board.
Following Mr Ablakwa's appeal, the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) is now examining the Rev. Boateng issue.
Rev. Victor Kusi-Boateng has also filed a judicial action to prevent the NDC MP from further publicising his personal information till the dispute is resolved.
