A renowned American Tiktoker was filming a video for his channel when he fell from a 70-foot cliff in Puerto Rico leading to his death.
The deceased, Edgar Garay, was on a day trip to the southwest coast when he was last seen alive at about 5:37 p.m. near the cliff's edge.
The corpse of the TikToker, 27, was found by Puerto Rico Emergency Bureau divers on Monday after he fell from a high seaside cliff near a lighthouse in Cabo Rojo.
According to reports, Garay's brother Carlos, who was on the cliff together with his cousin, urged him repeatedly not to move too close to the edge while filming a TikTok video.
"My brother has a TikTok account that he loved to upload videos to. Unfortunately, that was what he was trying to do when he was closer to the edge than he should have been", Carlos revealed.
Garay was found in an underwater cave with severe head injuries as a result of the fall.
