Three cars collided on Lagos' Third Mainland Bridge, killing one man and injuring another.
The incident occurred at about 10.15 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16, near the UNILAG Waterfront end of the bridge.
It included a Ford bus transporting food from Mile 12 to Lagos Island, a Toyota Camry, and an Opel vehicle.
A horrific video shows an unconscious man laying on the road, surrounded by food.
Taofiq Adebayo, a spokeswoman for the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, verified the event to a Punch journalist.
According to Adebayo, the Toyota Camry's tyre broke while in motion, causing it to collide with the two other cars.
The other guy was seriously injured and was rushed to the hospital. LASTMA officials and Oworonsoki police officers also arrived at the scene to control the traffic situation, he added.
