The legendary Cameroonian, who frequently sees matches in the Middle East, was present once more for Brazil's match against South Korea in the round of 16.

While many people left the game pleased with the Selecao's spectacular show of offensive intent and 4-1 victory, Eto'o found reason to argue with a photographer outside the stadium and got into a physical altercation.

The victim of Eto'o's strike was Algerian YouTuber Said Mamouni, who later published a video stating that he had reported the incident to Qatari police.

"I’m at the police station to file a complaint against Etoo, he hit me and someone else with him pushed me and destroyed my camera,” Mamouni said on his YouTube channel. ”I asked him how is Bakary Gassama [African World Cup playoff referee], and if he gave him a bribe, he hit me and destroyed both my camera and mic, I know I will take my rights here in Qatar as it is a state of law, he did hit me in the chest and the face and in my elbow."

The Selecao dazzled many with their free-flowing football and eye-catching dance antics, with the South Americans starting to shift through the gears in search of a sixth world championship. Eto'o was obviously tense following Brazil's most recent match in Qatar.
