An undertaker who planned to sell human parts at the Awudome Cemetery in the Greater Accra Region has been caught.
Several sources claim that the aforementioned Undertaker, one Haruna, was called by people who believed he was a dealer in human body parts and asked for certain bone pieces from a skull and limbs.
The Undertaker charged Ghs400, of which he received Ghs100; the rest of the money would have to be paid after he supplied the material.
When Haruna, a worker at the Muslim side of the Cemetery, arrived with the required items, he was detained.
In a related occurrence, a group of young people at the Cemetery also apprehended another individual who had arrived at the same Cemetery with things to bury.
The elderly guy displayed a severed dog's head together with other items, such as the Holy Quran, that were intended for burial at a cemetery.
