Efua Sutherland Childrens Park At Rot.

Efua Sutherland Children's Park is a 14.83-acre public park for children located opposite The National Theatre at West Ridge in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.

It was started in 1979 and known as Accra Children's Park or Ridge Park and later renamed after Ghanaian playwright and children's author, Efua Sutherland.

As of 2019, the park has seen less development since its inception.

For years now, the 49-year-old park has been entirely pretermitted.

This has left the park and the facilities there which are meant to create convenience in a state of dilapidation since it has not received any meaningful renovation lately, unknown protocols to access or book the park, despite the place being the only available green space for Ghanaian children.
