Young Ghanaian midfielder, Mohammed Kudus, has received the Ajax Goal of the Month award for February 2023 due to his spectacular free-kick goal against Sparta Rotterdam in the Dutch Eredivisie.
Kudus, who is only 22 years old, scored this amazing goal during Ajax's 4-0 win over Sparta Rotterdam on February 19, 2023.
The midfielder dedicated his goal to Christian Atsu, a fellow Ghanaian player who tragically died in the recent earthquake in Turkey.
Kudus has been performing outstandingly for Ajax this season, scoring 17 goals and providing four assists in all competitions.
Apart from his club achievements, Kudus is also predicted to participate in Ghana's forthcoming African Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Black Stars are set to face Angola in a doubleheader as they aim to achieve early qualification for the competition.
