The midfielder is taking part in his debut FIFA World Cup competition for his nation, which lost its opening match against Portugal on Thursday night.
Otto Addo is anticipated to choose Partey for the starting lineup of the Black Stars when they take on the South Koreans on Monday at 1 p.m.
