Every nation playing in the forthcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar has until November 14 to select its final 26-man team for the competition, according to FIFA regulations.
Otto Addo, the Black Stars coach, selected a 55-man provisional squad; as a result, 29 players will be cut from the final roster when it is announced on November 14, 2022.
With Portugal, South Korea, and Uruguay as their opponents in Group H of the World Cup, the Black Stars have a challenging task ahead of them.
At the Al Janoub Stadium in Al Wakra, they will start their World Cup campaign against Portugal on November 24, then face South Korea on November 28, and finish the tournament against Uruguay on December 2.
