Nigerian Man Arrested For Dumping Waste Into A Gutter

A Nigerian man has been arrested by the police after a video of him dumping solid waste into a gutter at Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja Lagos was posted on social media by Lagos Waste Management Authority.

In the video, the man is seen in the rain, dragging a hefty bag of rubbish close and forcefully shaking it, while the refuse gradually drops into the gutter.

The perpetrator is under investigation and will receive the punishment due to the law.
