"Deal With Aisha Huang" Nana Addo Tells Attorney General

The President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has asked the Minister of Justice and Attorney General, Mr Godfred Yeboah Dame, to prosecute the Chinese galamsey overlord, Aisha Huang.

Madam Aisha Huang is believed to have been indulging in galamsey activities in the Ashanti and the Western regions respectively without the requisite legal documents.

Hence she was arranged before the court in 2018 and subsequently deported the same year.

However, it is reported that madam Huang falsified some documents to gain access to Ghana in the later part of August 2022.

The President speaking to the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) at the launch of the Annual Bar Conference in Ho assured the gathering that he will throw his support behind the Attorney General to prosecute Aisha Huang.

H.E Akufo-Addo employ the Judiciary to ensure that Aisha Huang is made to face the full whips of law as enshrined in the minerals and mining Act as amended ACT 2019 (ACT 995).
